Description:
Romain de la Haye-Serafini, aka Molecule, is an electronic music composer, DJ, and musical adventurer whose trademark is field recording. Two years ago, he took a new leap into symphonic orchestras and began to record the music of Mahler, Beethoven, and other composers. Two years ago, he took a new leap into the symphony orchestra, sampling the music of Mahler and Beethoven, as well as the sounds of each instrument. He then used these sounds to create a symphony for 83 players. The Orchestre National de Lille and Alexandre Bloch have accepted the challenge of this unprecedented exploration and will present Molecule's first symphony. The work is not only a bridge between the past and the future, but also an introspective work by a unique artist. Naxos Japan
