Description:

New Legend......The slowness of the introduction to Celibidacke's playful waltz "Roses of the Tropics" (0:42~) is typical of the microscopic, ultra-fast forward motion that only Celibidacke can achieve. The contrast between the rapidity of the rest of the waltz and the sharpness of the contrast between the two. This too is not in the Viennese style, but it sings and sways in its own way. The acceleration of the coda and the applause are the height of excitement that is typical of a demonstration. Since all the pieces were highly accomplished, I realized for the first time that "This is Celibidacke, so of course it's a live performance. (Kenshi Kaneko) This release is truly a dream come true! Here comes a collection of Johann Strauss masterpieces by Celibidacke. Great conductors pour the essence of their art into even the smallest pieces, and Celibidacke is no exception. The good news is that you can hear repertoire that you never heard before. Celibidacke was not only a genius for analyzing with his brain, but also a master of playing with the senses, so he shows a great aptitude for this kind of music. The concert was not a subscription concert, but a SUDFUNK BALL (South German Broadcasting Night), with performers other than the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra. Here the maestro presented his treasured repertoire. The detailed commentary by Kenshi Kaneko, the god of performance analysis, is also a must-read. Tobu Shoji Co.
