Ran Ito celebrates the 50th anniversary of his debut as a singer with his third album in two years! In the 50th anniversary year of Ran Ito's debut as a member of Candy's, her third original album "LEVEL 9.9" (Level Nine Point Nine) is released! The album, including the artwork, is a condensation of Ran Ito's timeless charm, and features a wide variety of music, including dance and middle beat tunes reminiscent of 70's disco and 80's Western music, blues and rock-inspired songs, and neo city pop songs that are currently the center of attention. The artists are Okuda, who is a member of the composition team. The artists include Tamio Okuda & Tortoise Matsumoto (who also co-wrote the lyrics), Seiji Kameda, Toshiaki Matsumoto, Koichi Taho, Etsuko Yamakawa, IKEZO, Jun Abe (and lyrics), and Jun Sato, the album's sound producer, as well as Masayu Sono, Yukinojo Mori, Goro Matsui, Yuho Iwasato, jam, Junji Ishiwatari Junji Iwatari, and Ran Ito also wrote one lyric. The album contains 10 songs.The limited first pressing will include a Blu-ray of the live performance of "Ito Ran Concert Tour 2022 Touch this moment & surely Candies! It comes in a three-sided case with a different visual than the regular disc jacket.
