Akira Miyoshi, the creator of numerous choral gems, has released a CD of live recordings of choral works from the 2008 exhibition of works by Akira Miyoshi.　Akira Miyoshi's choral works are truly diverse and varied, with every possible configuration, from children's voices to women's voices, men's voices, mixed voices, and both children's voices and mixed voices. This CD is a live recording of the second day of the "Akira Miyoshi Exhibition" held at Tokyo Opera City for two consecutive days in October 2008. Led by Fumiaki Kuriyama, one of the leading conductors in the Japanese choral world, the Kuriyu-kai, nearly 350 chorus members gathered in one place for a grand performance of Miyoshi's masterpiece choral works. Deai for Mixed Chorus and 2 Pianos" was the first performance of the revised version. Please enjoy the world of Miyoshi's music woven by the voices of singers.
