The Fear Ratio is the dream collaboration project of Mark Bloom and James Raskin, two top producers who have both been at the forefront of UK electronic music since the 90's. Following "Refuge Of A Twisted Soul" and "They Following "Refuge Of A Twisted Soul" and "They Can't Be Saved" on Skam, the long-awaited new album is now available on Berlin's renowned Tresor label, which celebrated its 30th anniversary last year. This is Mark Bloom's first release on Tresor since the Eddie Fawkes remix in 2002, if anything.The album features rapper King Kashmere on two tracks, and as in the past, it lightly crosses over into IDM, dubstep, techno, and other genres to create a one-of-a-kind sound world that is experimental, yet beautifully artistic and overwhelmingly present. The album is a joyful work full of experimental sounds that seem to bring back the impact of the early days of Outeka and Aphex.
