PREFECTS was formed in 1976 and formed in Birmingham in 1976, The PREFECTS have played with many bands such as SLITS, FALL, and DAMNED, and have been active as NIGHTINGALES since the 80's. The band has also played in the "White Riot Tour" with THE CLASH and toured with the Buzzcocks.
