After participating in the solo works of The Commodores and Maurice White, Sheldon Reynolds joined Earth, Wind & Fire after the band's relaunch. Sheldon Reynolds, one of the core members of the band in the late 1980's and 90's, has unexpectedly released his first album as a leader, featuring brilliant originals in the EW&F manner, sweet ballads, "Sunday Morning" and "In The Name Of Love". The album features a wide variety of songs from brilliant originals in the EW&F manner, sweet ballads, self-covers of EW&F songs from Sheldon's pen like "Sunday Morning" and "In The Name Of Love", and a cover of the band's big hit "Sing A Song".
