SOFT BALLET is a three-piece electro-rock unit that made its major debut in 1989 and shocked the Japanese music scene with its aesthetic and radical music and visuals. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of their debut this year, they are reissuing their albums from their first period of activity (1989-95) for the first time on analog vinyl, in this second volume of the project! This is the first original force album after transferring to Victor. Recorded at several studios including PWL Studios in the UK, the sound of this album is harder and more serious than the previous one, and although it is said to have cut off the traditional fans, it recorded the 10th position in the Oricon Ranking and was the highest selling album to date. It was released on 12-inch "THRESHOLD (WHITE-MIX)" in the U.K. (original release date: 1992/1992). (Original release date: 1992/10/21) (*The song "THRESHOLD (YELLOW-MIX)" from the original CD release is not included in this release due to the recording time of the analog record. Please note that it is not included in this release.) The analog cutting was done by Bernie Grundman, a master engineer in the U.S.
