European melodic hard treasures FROZEN RAIN are finally back with their third album in 11 years! The band's debut album, "Frozen Rain", was released in 2008. The album featured Kurt's idols and key players in the melodic scene, Tommy Denander, Steve Newman, and Daniel Flores, and was a masterpiece of superb melodic hard rock that received a great response from fans around the world and was highly praised here in Japan. In 2012, the band released its second album, "Ahead Of Time" (now available on Rubicon Music with 6 bonus tracks), featuring an even more international lineup. With the strong vocals of Carsten Schulz, singer of German metal band DOMAIN, the band shifted to a harder sound and gained more support from metal fans. Eleven years later... Kurt finally reactivated FROZENRAIN and completed their third album "One Mile From Heartsville" here.In addition to Kurt and the members from the previous album, Jürgen Vitellier (key) and Hans Ferrike (dr), the major highlight of this album is the smooth and emotional singing of new singer Lars Edfahl. In addition, the presence of newcomer Jens Ambrosch (g), who is heavily involved in songwriting along with Kurt, should not be overlooked.
