Bruckner: Symphony No. 5 (EXCL-00036) and Mahler: Symphony No. 4 (OVCL-00421) were specially selected by Record Artists. Especially for Mahler No. 4, Mr. Kuniyoshi Uno wrote a great praise in his Monthly Review of New Releases, Gendai Meidan Kanteidan, and Horneck's Monthly Review of Mahler No. 4. The huge Bruckner symphony No. 8 by Inbal and the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra has been gaining more and more acclaim in the music world these days. The orchestra performs Bruckner's Eighth Symphony in the "Novak First Draft 1887" version, which was also used in the recording with the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra. Inbal's ability to build up Bruckner's beautiful melodic transitions and divine sense of harmony was evident in this performance. The Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra also sang well with all instruments and performed with high functionality.
