The Amory Wars" is an epic science fiction story written by Claudio Sanchez (vo/g), the band's frontman and figurehead.Coheed and Cambria have told their story in four albums, from their debut album "THE SECOND STAGE TURBINE BLADE" in 2002 to "GOOD APOLLO, I'M BURNING STAR IV, VOLUME TWO: NO WORLD FOR TOMORROW" in 2007. The year of the black rainbow (2010), a prequel to the story, and two albums, THE AFTERMAN: ASCENSION (2012) and THE AFTERMAN: DESCENSION (2013), depicting the world immediately after the story, have also been released. After taking a break from the story with 2015's THE COLOR BEFORE THE SUN and letting their creativity fly free, they returned with their last album, 2018's THE UNHEAVENLY After four years since their last album, "VAXIS II: A WINDOW OF THE WAKING MIND", the latest chapter of the Amory Wars story, is finally available to the world! This latest work, "VAXIS II: A WINDOW OF THE WAKING MIND," is now available to the world! VAXIS II: A WINDOW OF THE WAKING MIND" is the second part of the five-part "VAXIS" arc, which follows a couple on the run from tyrannical forces and their mysterious new friends. Produced by Claudio Sanchez and Zac Cervini, known for his work with Simple Plan, Machine Gun Kelly, and Bring Me the Horizon, the album is not only epic in its storytelling, but also high level in each song. This album is a work of tremendous quality that seems to take the Coheed and Cambria sound to a higher level, with its impressive heaviness and melodic development that rings out in high spirits.
