Karma, the Finnish melodic death metal kings, released their ninth album in five years. Karma is a melodic death metal band formed in 1998 in Pudasjärvi, Finland. The band's predecessor band, Ancestor, became the mother band, and has released eight albums to date, led by the Kokko brothers, Pekka Kokko (Vo, G) and Antti Kokko (G). The band is one of the most popular bands in the melodic death metal genre here in Japan, and made their first visit to Japan in 2016, playing sold-out shows in Tokyo and Osaka. The band has been a topic of conversation and has a large number of enthusiastic fans, and will be performing a limited set list based on the theme of "Past and Present", focusing on their first three albums "Swamp Road", "They Will Return", and "Swamp Song", which are especially popular in Japan.The single "Horned by Guilt," which was pre-released on February 24, is a return to the roots of the band's early work in particular, with an impeccable song that layers a galloping guitar riff with a crying melody.
