Curated by Shygirl, a leading figure in the UK underground dance music scene, Blane Muise, known by her stage name Shygirl, is a British singer, DJ, rapper, songwriter, record label and collectible, She is also the co-founder of Nuxxe. Shygirl's music also incorporates elements of dance music, industrial hip-hop, experimental pop, grime, and deconstructed clubs. Now, Shygirl has announced the release of her single "Making the Beast" exclusively for fabric, while simultaneously joining fabric's prestigious presents series. fabric presents Shygirl's release marks the 25th anniversary of fabric's beginning, and Shygirl will headline the first of five artists that will be mix-curated throughout the year.Recently, Shygirl released the "Club Shy" EP, which has received support from Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, Mixmag, BBC Radio & 6.
