A five-piece indie pop band based in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, Hamabe has released their long-awaited first full-length album of 10 songs with a sharply honed sound with a dream pop/alternative background. Emon Kawatani (indigo la End / Gesu no Kyokumi-Otome / Jenny High / ichikoro / Reiatsu etc...) Their 1st full AL "Seaside" is a well-honed band ensemble, floating melodies, and a sound that reminds you of the old days. In addition to the preceding singles such as "Reins/Trip" (released on 7" vinyl), "Wilderness" (about a new start), and "Ghost" (a song about people you can't see anymore), the album also features a new side of Hamabe, using flutes and rhythm machines. The album also includes "Kemono-no-Mikana," which shows a new side of the band by using flutes and rhythm machines, and the rock number "Bright Topic," among others.The cover photo was taken by Kentaro Hattori, the recording was done by Takayuki Katoh, and the mastering was done by Moe Kazama (studio Chatri). This album is the result of the same team that has worked on previous albums, and it expresses the world of the album in all its glory!
