Bach (1685-1750)

Description:

Feuerdinger, the graceful soprano of the ancient music world. Finally, she recorded a collection of Bach cantatas! Miriam Feuerzinger, a beautiful Austrian soprano of the old music world, has flourished in the old music world. She has been awarded Germany's prestigious Echo Classics Prize in 2014 for her Graupner Cantatas (CHR77381), which brought her name and voice to the world, and she has now joined the period ensemble "Capricornu", founded in 2006 by artists who studied at the Schola Cantorum Basel, Switzerland. The project is a recording of German Baroque cantatas with the Capricornus Consort Basel, a period ensemble formed in 2006 by artists who studied at the Schola Cantorum Basel in Switzerland. The project began with an album of cantatas by Graupner, Kuhnau, and J.S. Bach (CHR77399), followed by Graupner's cantatas (CHR77381), Graupner's double cantatas (CHR77427), and finally, the most important one of all, the great Bach cantatas (CHR77427). The recording of Bach's Cantatas No. 84 has finally been completed! The title of the recording is "Ich bin vergnugt..." (I am happy), after the title of Bach's cantata No. 84. The subtitle of this album is "Ich bin vergnugt..." (I am happy), after the title of Bach's Cantata No. 84.Three of Bach's most beautiful cantatas, including Cantata No. 51, an operatic and technical hymn, and Cantata No. 82, an intimate and wonderfully melodic cantata expressing a longing for the saints, are performed for solo soprano voice and conducted by the Capricornus Consort Basel. Baroque violinist Peter Balch arranged the chorales, and the German Baroque specialists put together a superb program. Feuerdinger's delicately clear voice will bring you a blissful Bach performance that will make you feel "happiness (Vergnugen)" in every note. Tokyo M-Plus
