Luby Sparks] Two EPs, "Songs for The Daydreamers" and "Songs of The Hazy Memories," which return to the roots but also show a new range of possibilities, are combined into a single LP. Luby Sparks "Songs for The Daydreamers This EP is the culmination of Luby Sparks' recent activities not only in Japan but also overseas. Songs for The Daydreamers" is a four-song EP that returns to the roots of the shoegaze/indie sound. The indie rock/shoegaze sound of "Stayaway. The cool indie-pop number "Somebody Else". The album includes four tracks: "NOT Okay," a new innovation where hammering and shoegaze coexist, and "Maps," a cover of Yeah Yeah Yeahs' song "Maps. Co-produced by Hitoshi Yoshida, cover art by Brooklyn artist Annika White, and mastered by Kentaro Kimura (Kimken Studio). Luby Sparks "Songs of The Hazy Memories" Songs of The Hazy Memories" is the follow-up to the 4-song EP "Songs for The Daydreamers" released in May 2024. Returning to its roots in the shoegaze/indie sound, the four songs on this EP further deepen the elements of the previous "Songs for The Daydreamers" EP. In addition to the three previously released tracks, the heavy shoegaze "Broken Headphones," the alternative synth-pop "Overrated!" and the indie-pop/guitar-pop sound of "Summer Days," the new album also includes a drum and bass track featuring shoegaze and a danceable beat/synth bassline. Faith," a new innovation from Luby Sparks that blends shoegaze with a drum'n'bass sound featuring a danceable beat/synth bassline. Co-produced by Hitoshi Yoshida, cover art by Brooklyn artist Annika White, and mastered by Kentaro Kimura (Kimken Studio).
