Music doesn’t always demand that we stop and listen. Instead, it walks alongside us—through the stillness of early morning, the hustle and bustle of the day, and into the golden hour of dusk, when time seems to slow down. Music is intimately intertwined with our daily lives. With *24*, Alexis French has truly brought this to life—a musical journey that gently guides the listener from dawn to dusk. All 24 tracks, born from everyday life, are centered around the piano and beautifully interwoven with strings and percussion. She says the inspiration for this album came when she happened to see a sign posted outside a church while taking a walk in London. It bore the message: “Enjoy good coffee for good causes.” The warmth of that idea, its everyday nature, and the sense that a simple daily routine could be elevated into something meaningful left a deep impression on him. “What if there were a special piece of music for every activity throughout the day?” Throughout his musical career, Alexis French has asked himself, “What do listeners want from me?” The answer is simple yet profound… it is “music to live by.” And now, through *24*, he is sharing that answer with the world.
