As a performer, he was the principal trumpet of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, and as a composer, he has composed 9 symphonies, film music such as "Bridge over the Battlefield", "Peterloo", and many other works. He is a leading figure in 20th century British music, having devoted his life to the development of the British musical world, and has produced many hit works, including nine symphonies, film music such as "The Bridge over the Battlefield," "Concert Overtures" such as "Peterloo," and numerous concertos and orchestral pieces. Sir Malcolm Arnold (1921-2006) was one of the most famous British musicians of the 20th century.Arnold's music has created a huge boom in Japan with its brass band arrangements and is still very popular today, but there are surprisingly few recordings of his "ballet music" and the appearance of new recordings has been long awaited. The appearance of "Ballet Music Collection" including "Loyalty to the Queen" will inevitably attract attention from a wide range of listeners, including British music fans and brass band players!
