Description:

Newly recorded charity project album by the Beach Boys in the Corona Transit! Inspired by the lyrics of "Add Some Music To Your Day" from the now revisited 1970 classic "Sunflower", Beach Boys publications editor David Baird has planned this project. In addition to members Mike Love, Al Jardine, Bruce Johnston, and David Mark, many of their children participated, including associate member Jeffrey Foskett, and Wilson Phillips' Carney & Wendy (unfortunately, Brian Wilson did not participate unfortunately, Brian Wilson did not participate). In addition to the title track by all of the members, the group also performed the classic "She Believes in Love Again," written by Bruce Johnston during his Beach Boys days, Mike Love's "Ram Raj," Al Jardine's "Jenny Clover," and David Marx's "I'll Be Back" on the Carl Wilson tribute disc. The album features re-recordings of classic songs that each of them released as solo artists, including "She Believes in Love Again," Mike Love's "Ram Raj," Al Jardine's "Jenny Clover," and "Long Promised Road," which David Marks performed on a Carl Wilson tribute disc. Produced by Rob Bonfiglio (Carney's husband).
