Released as numbered titles under the "Trip" series, these compilations serve as both a historical excavation of the lost heavy rock underground and a cult listening experience for modern fans who love fuzz-laden, riff-driven sounds. This mixtape by Mr. Dibbs presents the true breadth and psychedelic essence of the Brown Acid series from a new angle, adding a fresh interpretation unprecedented in this genre. “When Riding Easy Records approached me about this project, I’m not sure I fully understood what they had done. They handed me over 300 files spanning 21 volumes of post-hippie, aggressive, apocalyptic, and psychedelic rock and funk metal, and told me to do whatever I wanted. What was supposed to be a quick fix turned into a seven-month project. We laughed, cried, destroyed, and rebuilt. Literally and figuratively. Because, folks, the studio flooded right in the middle of this funk project. We moved everything—including 15,000 records—re-recorded the demos, renovated, rebuilt, and came back.
