The SACD Hybrid Edition of Fauré's piano works, including two world premiere recordings, beautifully performed by the prodigious Nicolas Stavy! French virtuoso Nicolas Stavy has recorded piano works by Fauré, a composer born in his native France. The world premiere recording of the sonata and mazurka, both of which were recorded for the first time in the world, is a special feature of this release. The mazurka, on the other hand, is recorded at the beginning of the recording. The Mazurka, on the other hand, is described at the beginning of the recording as "a piece in the form of a mazurka. Although it is a study piece, it has a rich melody and a deep aroma, as is typical of Faure. Nicolas Stavy studied with Dominique Merlet, and was also trained by Alfredo Brendel, Gerard Frémy, and Christian Ivaldi. He was awarded the Special Prize at the Chopin Competition in 2000, which Yundi Li won, and the second prize at the Geneva International Music Competition in 2001.The BIS label has released a collection of piano works (BISSA2189) by Tishchenko, a composer from the former Soviet Union known for his difficult compositions, which has attracted much attention.
