This limited 2-CD analog edition in red marble color includes songs from the original album, B-sides, songs from the hard-to-find 1986 EP, and session recordings from their appearance on the BBC. The Pogues were one of the most beloved drunken bands of the 80's, who established their own style of "Celtic Punk" with a punk rock approach based on Irish folk traditional music.The band has gained popularity not only for their sound and style, but also as a brilliant storyteller with both literary and dramatic elements, and since their debut in 1984, they have sent five albums to the top 20 of the UK charts and produced the timeless classic "Fairytale Of New York. The band is an eternal Celtic punk band that has been loved by the world as a band with a high musical and literary quality, while being unprecedented. This year marks the 40th anniversary of their second album, "RUM SODOMY & THE LASH," which was released on August 5, 1985.
