Female reggae singer Qimygo a.k.a qimygo releases her second 7inch single from Urban Discos in 2022. In addition to the newly-drawn original song "Aitai shikibake", the B-side features a cover of Calypso Rose's popular song "ABATINA"! Female reggae singer Qimygo a.k.a qimygo, who has released numerous floor-like masterpieces, leads her own band, Mayonaka band, to release her second 7inch single in 2022. The title track, "Aitai shikibake" is a warm Afrobeats-style dance tune in which words and sounds gently resonate with each other. The original music also draws attention to the world of Kimigo's poems, which attracts attention with every release. The song is coupled with a cover of "ABATINA," a popular song from the 2016 album "FAR FROM HOME" by Calypso Rose, the "Queen of Calypso," which was released as a movie last year.The song is a mix of reggaeton, cumbia, and calypso based Kimigo verses, and is completed with a cover song that is full of respect for the absurdity of the world as seen through the eyes of one woman, Abatina. Both songs were mixed and mastered by e-mura (Bim One Production), who has worked on numerous hits ranging from city pop to roots reggae. The designer is Mr. Jun Otani, who has also gained popularity for his previous work "Yasashinasanashimawareta Nara (If You Were Wrapped in Kindness).
