Description:
This is the second album released in 1996 after signing with Capitol Records, a major label. This is the first CD release in Japan of this early masterpiece, which was not widely distributed in Japan at the time of its release! Jim Adkins (Vo/Gt) also takes the main vocals from this album, but Tom Linton (Gt/Vo) still takes the main vocals on half of the songs, and it is a zany and aggressive work with a strong punk/hardcore color.The twin-vocal, fast-moving number "Call It in the Air," which was also cut as a single, is one of the best songs you can listen to today. Toward the end of the song, melody lines that foreshadow the next album "Clarity" can be heard throughout the song. In a sense, this is the most punky and emo work in JEW's history.
