This is the second full-fledged jazz album, following the big hit "Yoru no Arubamu" by Aki Yashiro, the queen of enka (traditional Japanese ballad). The album was produced by Yasuhiro Konishi, formerly of the Pizzicato Five, as in the previous album. Backed by a lineup of Japan's finest jazz musicians, the album features jazz standards popular in the 1950s and 1960s, R&B songs, and ballads to create a nostalgic, evening moody sound of bygone days. Some songs featured a big band, giving the songs a punch. She also sings jazz standards with Japanese lyrics on some songs, delivering a rich jazz experience that only Aki Yashiro can deliver. This album is "a work that brings Aki Yashiro back to her roots and at the same time captures her new challenges," and "a work that transcends genres such as enka and jazz, and allows you to experience the essence of Aki Yashiro as a singer who continues to captivate people.
