When they first debuted as the rumored super band, their performances were compact, lasting about four minutes per song, but as they spent their days on stage, their style of performance evolved. The three members of the band, based on a blues base, began to improvise as if they were fighting each other on stage. The improvisations, in which the three musicians used each other's high-level techniques, lasted more than 10 minutes per song, and the audience was said to have stood up in unison. The legendary stage began on this 1967 U.S. tour. This is the complete recording of the final show in Detroit on October 15.
