The overall tempo is brisk and lively, but there is no sense of eccentricity, and the dynamic and lively expression is a major attraction, with songs sung in every corner. The orchestral masterpieces included on this disc are a delight, and the original arrangement by Fischer of the Hungarian Dances and the inclusion of tracks that allow the listener to enjoy the atmosphere of the original folk music are also included.
