This new song, "Let my prayer be on a thousand wings," was inspired by Sadako Sasaki, the model for the A-bomb statue in Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, and Shozo Kawamoto, who was orphaned by the atomic bombing and lived a life of great tragedy. We hope that the future of these children will be peaceful and that their prayers will reach the future of the world. This magnificent ballad is a prayer for peace. The song "Sora e Utau Uta Uta", which she has been singing since the beginning of her career, has been reborn with a string arrangement and is included in this album, as she is a second generation A-bomb survivor whose father was exposed to radiation in Hiroshima. The album includes three songs with "Prayer for Peace" including a flute instrumental, plus an instrumental. The jacket illustration, which was completed with approximately 2,000 origami cranes collected from a project to collect cranes for prayer from fans, is also a highlight of the album. The album is a work of art that is filled with prayers to the very last detail. The new album, which marks the 20th anniversary of his music career, has finally been released after a two-and-a-half-year absence. In addition, "Orizuru" (KHMO-0023), an English version of all the songs on this single CD, will be released at the same time, in the hope of reaching people all over the world.
