The first major project of the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Bruckner Chronicle No. 7 is a completely new interpretation of the Bruckner Symphony No. 7, which washes away all the old traditions attached to conventional performances and returns to the fundamental idea that Bruckner was written using the same Western musical principles as Haydn, Mozart, Brahms, etc. Pavo, who intuited the affinity between the symphony and Bruckner when he first performed Bruckner in Frankfurt, brings out the gracefulness of the work, making the most of the orchestra's profound sonority while ensuring thorough clarity in every detail. This is a masterful performance that marks the beginning of Pavo's soulful cycle, which was completed through a series of careful retake sessions based on live concert performances.
