This is the third album in which Steve Hackett and Phil Collins joined the band following a change of members, establishing the members in their golden age. The concept of this album matches the world of the artwork created by Paul Whitehead, and the ups and downs of the album, consisting of more theatrical lyrics and sharp sounds, boasts a high degree of perfection as a total album.Neighbors Complain will be releasing "Back Side", a disc consisting of a selection of his singles and other past songs! This is a must-have singles collection for Neighbors Complain fans, including the now-defunct 2015 release, the newly re-recorded "Gotcha Feelin'" from 2023, the latest version of "Life Goes On," the 2015 single "Now Or The singles "Now Or Never" released in 2015, "On & On" released in the early summer of 2021, the pop ballad "After the Rain" released in the same year, and the popular song "Gotcha Feelin'" re-recorded for this album in July of this year, are all new versions of the original. The tempo was slightly slowed down and the song was composed without any unnecessary elements to emphasize the groove of the song. The ten songs on "Back Side," which focus on the back side of Neighbors Complain's career, are now complete.
