Vinyl Selections features 18 tracks from the "Metal Gear Solid" series soundtracks and official arrangements Konami Digital Entertainment and Laced Records have teamed up with Codec to bring the music of the "Metal Gear Solid" series to vinyl. Konami Digital Entertainment and Laced Records have teamed up with Codec to bring the music of the "Metal Gear Solid" series to vinyl. All tracks on the collection will be specially remastered and pressed on heavyweight LPs with printed inner sleeves that will be housed in the outer sleeves. The LP will also feature archival artwork selected from the series' iconic and expressive illustrations. Eighteen tracks were selected from the original soundtrack of the "Metal Gear" series and the official arrangements created for the "Metal Gear Music Collection," which was released to commemorate the 20th and 25th anniversaries of the series. The track list includes original cues, songs, and medleys from 1990's "Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake" through 2015's "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain".These include many fan favorites such as "Snake Eater," "The Best is Yet to Come," and "Sins of the Father."
