The older brother, Roman, born in 2004, has been competing since the age of six, winning first prize at the European Music Competition for Youth (EMCY), second prize at the Vladimir Horowitz Memorial International Piano Competition for Young Pianists, and many other top prizes. Most recently, he won the Robert Schumann International Competition for Young Pianists in 2023. On the other hand, his younger brother Oleksandr was born in 2010(!). He was born in 2010 (!). Like his older brother, he began competing at the age of six and has been as successful as his older brother, winning the first prize at the "Béla Bartók International Piano Competition" in 2024. The album includes three duets by the two musicians and solo performances by each of them, and it is hard to believe that the two musicians were only 18 and 13 years old when they recorded the album. The two musicians' lively performance of "Libertango" and "Jazz Paraphrase from 'For Elise'" is so exhilarating that even the listener can't help but be thrilled by their perfect synchronization.
