Max Richter, Satie, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Scarlatti, Debussy... a collection of newly arranged pieces for guitar that everyone knows. Pablo Sainz-Villegas was born in Logroño, La Rioja, northern Spain. In 2006, he founded The Legacy of Music Without Borders, a project that brings people together to deepen understanding of different cultures. In 2018, Sainz-Villegas enjoyed international success with his album with Placido Domingo, "Bolver - Homecoming," for which Domingo described him as a "true master of the guitar. At the end of 2020, he appeared at the Berlin Philharmonic's Gilvester Concert, performing Rodrigo's Aranjuez Concerto with Kirill Petrenko conducting, and made a name for himself.After winning some 30 awards in international competitions and performing concerts in more than 40 countries, he is considered a worthy successor to the legendary father of classical guitar, Andres Segovia Following his last album, "Soul of Spanish," which recorded 25 million streams, "Soul of Gymnopedie No. 1," "Moonlight," Cavatina from the movie "The Deer Hunter," "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence," and Macri Richter's "Afternoon Catalog," the album is composed of arrangements for guitar of popular "dreamy" mood pieces. The album title seems to evoke the "blue hour" (the time before sunrise and after sunset when the sky turns dark blue), a time of day with a special atmosphere. Sony Music
