Yeji is a producer, vocalist, and DJ who suddenly broke out with his debut EP in 2017 and has been active in a variety of activities with his unique pop sensibility, including participating in Charlie XCX's album, producing remixes for Dua Lipa and Robin, and collaborating with Ohhyuk, Yeji, who is active as a visual artist and illustrator, releases his long-awaited debut album! Following the release of his introspective mixtape "What We Drew" in the wake of the Corona disaster, this album was conceived and produced in three cities (New York, London, and Seoul), and is a work in which Yeji and his fictional character "Hammer Lee" confront the oppression they have suffered in their lives, both from society and from themselves, and break down the oppression they have imposed on themselves. The film is about the process of confronting and destroying both the oppressions imposed on oneself and the oppressions that society has placed on one's life, along with the fictional character "Hammer Lee. The album features 13 tracks, including the brilliant single "For Granted," which transforms simple electronica into a ferocious drum 'n' bass jungle, as well as the next generation of pop sensibilities that freely move between hip-hop, R&B, left field bass, techno, and Korean indie rock from the 90s and early 2000s. The album contains 13 songs that burst with the next generation's pop sensibility. The album is a powerful excavation of her inner world and a true vision of her ideal by shattering everything in its path.
