The show opened with "Bigger Than Us," a song from his latest album, led by a gorgeous band with a choir and orchestra. They continued with "You Are Loved (Don't Give Up)," a hit number from 2008, and "Won't Look Back," from their latest album. Toward the end of the show, he sings "You Raise Me Up," a popular song here in Japan. In addition, "Pure Imagination," a standard number often performed at his live shows, Billy Joel's "She's Always A Woman," and "Bring Him Home" from the musical "Les Miserables" are also featured on the album.In addition, a special guest will make an appearance for the final show of the US tour! Idina Menzel, popular here in Japan as a musical star, was invited on stage to perform two songs, including the beautifully sung "Lullaby" and an emotional duet of "Falling Slowly" from the movie "ONCE On a Street Corner in Dublin," which won the Academy Award for Best Song. In addition to Idina, the audience will also hear "99 Years," a duet with singer Jennifer Nettles, who also performed on the album "Bridges." The special live performance ended with a moving cover of Simon & Garfunkel's "Bridge Over Troubled Water," which has been featured by numerous artists.
