A rare and rare treasure! The complete version of Kuna's "Parsifal" from the Bayreuth Festival in 1955, which was thought to have never existed! Knappertsbusch fans rejoice! An extraordinary treasure has emerged: a live recording of the complete "Parsifal" from the Bayreuth Festival on August 16, 1955. Knappertsbusch conducted "Parsifal" at the Bayreuth Festival every year from 1951,52,53 to 1964. Of these, only the 1955 performance was not released to the public for some reason, and it was thought that there was no recording of the performance itself. However, only the second act was released on the Profil label in March 2022, and it became the talk of the town. Many people were astonished by the divine performance by Mehdre and Knappertsbusch in their prime, and there were many requests for the release of the entire performance. King International negotiated with Profil, and finally the complete works from the Bavarian Broadcasting Company's collection have been made available on vinyl. The whole work is a great pleasure to listen to in its entirety, and the Fischer-Dieskau enfortsas and Hermann Ude's sole titular singing can now be enjoyed to the fullest.Of course, Vinay's Parsifal and Nightlinger's Kling-Sol also add to the splendor. This is a very valuable record of the transition of Kuna's interpretation from the grandiose to the aggressive world. A must have album for all Kuna fans! King International
