Willow Avalon, born in Southern Georgia and now living in New York City, is a singer/songwriter who is a rising star in the country world. Her retro yet new songs are a combination of Dolly Parton, Sierra Ferrell, and Molly Tuttle, and she lights up the American music scene with her boisterous and bright songs. Her debut album is now available! Analog LP also to be released! Willow Avalon is a singer/songwriter born in a small rural town in Georgia, moved to California, and is now based in New York City. Willow Avalon is now based in New York City and has signed with Atlantic Records. She will release her debut album, SOUTHERN BELLE RAISIN' HELL. Willow Avalon says the first word she ever uttered in her life was "Elvis.She began playing piano in church at an early age, taught herself to play guitar around age 12, and eventually began writing songs as a form of escape and redemption. She began playing as a member of a rock band in the neighborhoods of her small hometown. When, at age 14, she was asked to open for the Driven by Truckers at a show in Athens, Georgia, not far from her hometown, she knew this was what she wanted to do. She then struggled to somehow hone her skills as a songwriter and musician while waitressing and babysitting at the same time. She left her hometown and moved to Los Angeles, and after many twists and turns, released her debut single "Drivin'" in 2021 as an independent production.The single was streamed more than 3 million times, entered the rotation of Los Angeles radio station KCRW, was picked up for Spotify's "Best Indie Songs of 2022" playlist, and the video released at the end of 2022 became a viral hit. Their debut EP, "Stranger," was released in the spring of 2024 and has been streamed more than 30 million times worldwide, and includes songs like "Honey Ain't No Sweeter," "Stranger," and "Gettin' Rich, Goin' Goin'," which Billboard magazine called "the country song you gotta know."
