Norwegian hard rock band from Plateselskapet Mai, Norway, formed in 1971, featuring jazz/session musicians Bent Patey (g/p/flu/vo) and Ole Henrik Giortz (vo/dr/key/p/acoustiuc-g). The '74 album from Plateselskapet Mai was reissued in '22 from Norske Albumklassikere in Norway. Contrary to the comical cover image, the title track and the rest of the album are melodic and full of guts, and can be said to be examples of the hard rock sound of this period.The lyrics are in Norwegian, and the chorus and keyboards are used in some parts to add variety, while the twin guitars similar to HOME/WISHBONE ASH etc. are utilized to create a sophisticated and sometimes technical music and ensemble. This is a hidden masterpiece that is sure to be enjoyed not only by Scandinavian fans but also by British Rock/Hard Rock enthusiasts of this period! The master is newly remastered by Giert Claussen, the engineer who handles all of the label's releases.
