Dropping his first EP on the DANCE MANIA label where it all began, TRAXMAN has released GHETTO HOUSE, JUKE, FOOTWORK, and has created a scene with Steve Poindexter, Fast Eddie, the late DJ Deeon and DJ Rashad. He has released more JUKE EDITs than any other singularity in time and space, reflecting his deep knowledge of black American music. The first solo album in 10 years since his last, DA MIND OF TRAXMAN VOL. 2, was selected by Sinjin Hawke of Planet Mu for A&R from a vast collection of hundreds of tracks dating back to 2005. With a kind of documentary value, Sinjin Hawke says it felt like curating the Miles Davis catalog of the 60s and 70s in the present day. The feeling and energy of the samples is not lost, and TRAXMAN renews the innovation of juke/footwork with its own power!
