Cream, one of the greatest rock trios in history, was formed in 1966 by Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, and Ginger Baker, and their debut album "Fresh Cream" was a hit in the U.K. and the U.S. (U.S. Album Chart No.39 on the U.S. Album Chart/Gold Disc). The following year, from February to June 1967, the band toured Europe and gave a nine-day concert tour of New York City in an effort to expand their live activities. During this tour, the April 22 concert in Hounslow, England was recorded and broadcast for a BBC radio program. This live album is a complete recording of the concert, including four cover numbers and an encore. The trio's overly creative blues improvisations are heavily used on "Sunshine Love," which was not on the album at this time, "Nasty Guy," featuring a drum solo by Ginger Baker, and four blues cover numbers. This is a great live album that allows you to experience the awesomeness of the trio's performance! Imported domestic edition with Japanese obi and bilingual liner notes in English.
