Now, Billy Joel's rare live archive is available on CD! In 1977, Billy Joel's album "The Stranger" became a mega-hit, reaching No. 2 on the U.S. album chart and earning a 10x platinum disc, and he quickly earned his position as a top SSW. The following year, in 1978, he released "52nd Street" (ranked No.1 on the U.S. album chart and received a 7x platinum disc) and embarked on his first large-scale world tour, the "52nd Street Tour. During this tour, the March 5 concert in Amsterdam, the Netherlands was recorded and broadcast as a special program for Europe. This live album was recorded and broadcasted as a special program for Europe. The set list includes representative songs from his previous albums as well as songs from his new album, and the performance is a wonderful showcase of young Billy Joel's charm. The set also includes five additional bonus tracks, including the hit number "Bare Faces" from the March 15 performance in Germany.
