This album is like a "gift from a faraway land" with jazz - ambient music at its core. How We Walk on the Moon" is the first album in a new compilation series selected and supervised by "VINYL GOES AROUND," a project that aims to "redefine record culture" in the age of subs. The album is based on the theme of "quiet night". It blends into the environment with a beautiful tension and a pure, mellow mood, not too much on the healing/easy listening side, with a fantastic soundscape that makes you want to listen to it under the moonlight. The selection of beautiful pieces from various genres such as ambient, jazz, soul, library, alternative, etc., will serve as an introduction from the pop side to "ambient" music, which many people feel has a high threshold, and is for all music fans. This is a collection for all music fans to listen to.The LP is accompanied by a completely new type of obi named "ORIGAMI/ORIGAMI" supervised by "VINYL GOES AROUND". The design was carefully crafted to further deepen the album's world view. Songs on the album include "Harmonica and...," a 7-inch-only track by up-and-coming artist Sven Wonder, nominated for a Swedish Grammy Award 2024 in the Jazz category, and "ORIGAMI/ORIOUND" by Mac DeMarco, who gained worldwide recognition for his phrase quoting. The compilation is a departure from traditional healing/ambient compilations, and will be useful for DJ use as well. This is one of those records that will make you feel like spending an evening with it is a luxury, a moment when your mind is released into a journey of freedom.
