Released in 1982 on Rita Marley Music, the label of Bob Marley's wife Rita Marley, CASUAL-T "Prescriptions For Love" is still shrouded in mystery. The details of this album are still a mystery, but its mellow feel, "lovely" visuals, and the rarity of being pressed in such small quantities make this album a symbol of modern soul and rare grooves. This is a coveted record for diggers, known as one of the symbols of rare grooves. The opening number "Don't Play With Sparks" (M1), with its exhilarating horns and chorus work reminiscent of EW&F, is followed by "Hands Off" (M2), with its pleasant discotic groove. Hands Off" (M2), the breathy "All Out Of Breath" (M3), and the soulful "Thank You For Your Love" (M7) with its 80's synth work,The only reggae style "I Want You Here With Me" (M8), unique to Rita Marley Music, is also delivered with sophisticated chorus work, and leads into the last two sweet soul songs "Let's Hold On" (M9) and "You Never Walk Alone" (M10).
