Disc 1 is a compilation of live recordings from the band's heyday from 1976 to 1979, from the release of "Hawaii Champloo" to "Second Line". The way Johnny Otis plays New Orleans classics and covers of Little Feat, etc. in a truly aloof manner is a unique and dignified performance. Haruomi Hosono also joins the band. Disc 2 features live recordings from "Spring Carnival" at Hibiya Nohe in April 1976 and "Spring First Concert" in Osaka in May 1976, plus an original song "Bye Bye Baby" (co-written by Hiroma Fujita and Haruomi Hosono) from an early 1975 live performance. The album also includes eight studio demo tracks that offer a glimpse of the Sunset Band's roots, from Southern blues rock and New Orleans second line instrumental numbers to Hawaiian-inspired numbers.
