BTS will release their fourth new album in Japan after 2 years and 3 months. Last year, BTS successfully completed a world tour with 2.06 million people attending 62 concerts around the world, and in January 2020, they became the first Korean artist to perform at the 62nd Grammy Awards. The album is titled "MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 ~ THE JOURNEY ~".The endless journey of the seven members who continue to grow through various thoughts of joy, success, anguish, and trials in the seven years since their debut in Korea in June 2013, and the never-ending journey that will continue to search for the answers to their journey. The theme of the album is a map of that journey. The album will include two newly recorded original Japanese songs. The lead song "Stay Gold" is the theme song for the TV drama "Rasen no Maze ~DNA Forensics~" (TV Tokyo) starring Kei Tanaka, and contains the message "This world is not all good, but don't lose your sparkle. eyes tell", a song composed by member JUNG KOOK. The hits "ON," "Black Swan," "Make It Right," and "Dionysus" Japanese ver. will also be newly recorded for the album, as well as the hit "Lights," which was certified as the millionth Japan Record Association Gold Disc work for July 2019. and "Boy With Luv -Japanese ver.", as well as 13 other songs. First Limited Edition D includes a 56-page photo booklet (B), a luxury sleeve case, and a digipak. *Jacket design will be different for each title, but CD contents will be identical. *The photo booklet of the limited first editions C and D contains photos taken under different concepts.
