This is a new project by the two members of the rhythm section of Quasimodo, which gained popularity for its club jazz approach. Starting with the mellow title track (1) reminiscent of Thundercat, the cool (3) with Brazilian singer Patricia Marx on an irregular three-beat drum'n'bass, and (4) with a simple piano and beat, the influence of the booming South London scene can be glimpsed.
