This is the seventh studio album, released on July 11, 1988, only five months after the previous album "CATCH THE NITE". Of the 12 songs on the album, three were composed by Toshinobu Kubota, and many of the songs were written by Toshinobu Kubota's production team at the time, including Ichiro Haneda and Takuo Sugiyama, as well as songs composed by KITARO and Koji Nakamura, and two songs by singer/songwriter CINDY, with whom Kubota has continued to communicate after the album's release, including providing songs. Singer/songwriter CINDY, with whom Kubota Toshinobu Kubota has continued to collaborate, wrote two songs (one of which was co-written with Ichiro Haneda). Miho Nakayama herself wrote the lyrics to SIDE2-5, "Long Distance To The Heaven," under the name Mizuho Kitayama, and also wrote the lyrics to "Into The Crowd," which opens SIDE1. Other lyricists include Masumi Kawamura, known for Toshinobu Kubota's songs, and Rui Serizawa and Chinhwa Yasuchika, who have written many of Miho Nakayama's songs.The album also includes "I Know" and "Moonlight Sexy Dance," as well as "In The Morning," a coupling song to the single "Mermaid" released at the same time (not included on this album). Miho Nakayama, who was only 18 years old at the time, delivers these songs with fresh sensitivity and expressive power.
