The title of the album is a reference to the fact that the band's activities have continued to this point. The title of the album is meant to express the meaning of this album, which was born from the combination of four strong (Tough) sounds and the personalities of the four members (Layer) that have been active up to this point. The four members are determined to "make music that can be danced to, but also music that can be listened to and that will be more uplifting to the listener," in order to continue to make a strong impact in this unstable world. The future of the four members will continue to unfold with the following words in mind.
