This definitive edition has been remastered under Tamaki's supervision, with self-liner notes written by Tamaki himself, and the obi design reproduced! The long-awaited reissue of the first solo album by Hiroki Tamaki, a talented violinist from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, released in 1975, and an inescapable masterpiece in the history of Japanese progressive music! The album includes M-1, a beautiful rock song with Tamaki's melancholy electric violin and Kisaburo Suzuki's guitar, M-2, a country-style song with Masayoshi Takanaka's guitar, and M-4, a song with a tremendous interplay between violin and percussion that can be heard in today's jam scene, The mix of rock, classical, country, and ethnic influences was too much too soon. Above all, M-6, which also appeared on ECD's "PRIVATE LESSON IN CONTROL," is a funky rare groove that could be called a sampling runaway, with sound effects from Hideki Matsutake's Mogg Synthesizer IIIC flying all over the place. The title track, M-10, is spectacular and overwhelming. The song is so spirited that even Tamaki himself said, "If I could beat Emerson..."
