The maturity of the music has reached its peak! The first solo album by Kazuhiko Iwami, guitarist and composer of the legend of fusion NANIWA EXPRESS, has finally been released! The first solo album by guitarist/composer Kazuhiko Iwami, who has an illustrious career profile, and a large stock of classic songs that were never released by NANIWA EXPRESS. In 2022, his 66th year of age and 40 years of guitar experience, he had hoped to release a solo album someday, and his feelings with the label staff were perfectly synchronized, and the project began to move toward release. The number of stock songs he wanted to include in the album was too many to choose from.In addition to the 12 songs that were carefully selected after careful and careful selection, he has added a cover of Henry Masini's famous song tr. 7 "Love Theme from Sunflower" and a samba version of NANIWA EXPRESS's representative song tr. 14 "Believin'" with a prayer for peace. He will release his long-awaited solo album of 14 songs, including a self-cover, just before he turns 67 years old! The contents of this album, with its lively performances that seem to bring back to the present the momentum of the music scene in the 80s, which produced numerous masterpieces, will surely be freshly appreciated by young music fans as well as fusion fans of the past. This is truly a must-hear instrumental album brought back to life in the modern age.
